About the event
We’ve rented Bolton Camp at Bolton Backcountry for two nights in January—from Sunday 21st to Tuesday 23rd. The camp is an uninsulated, old-school GMC style camp—-and a great launching pad for skiers/riders who appreciate the simplicity and adventure of wood-stove life, an outdoor privy, cooking by headlamp, and sleeping on a bunk! Bolton is known for its incredible backcountry zones within a short skin from the camp.
This trip is appropriate for skiers and riders with strong backcountry experience. It also has a mandatory meet-up and gear check prior to departure date. Backcountry Day Passes are required for both days. Reservations are first come/first serve---$35/per bunk.
